Yum Treat For My Sweet!

Hey family!

I hope everyone is well! Another Monday has rolled around, and that means another week before we can indulge in a cheat day?
Well to make it slightly better, I’d like to share a healthy but delicious treat with you, that’s super easy to make and good for your lips and hips!

I’ve fallen in love with the range of peanut butters from YUM YUM!
There are wonderful variations that meet everyone’s tastes and preferences.
Sugar and Salt free to meet weight goals, crunchy for those that love texture, a caramel crunch for extra sweet, and smooth! Everyone’s classic favourite!IMG_3399

For this recipe you’ll need:
2 ripe bananas frozen
1 spoon of your favourite YUM YUM peanut butter
A small bit of milk (use coconut for a different flavour)

Good news! YUM YUM now has a new product that I just find incredible! It’s called the Yum Yum Go!
If you love the creamy smoothness of “Melts in Your Mouth” Yum Yum peanut butter, you’ll find the brand’s latest innovation simply irresistible. Yum Yum Go! is a handy single-serve sachet that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime. Delicious, nutritious and convenient, these nifty single-serve sachets make a great on-the-go snack for active families – and they’re the perfect solution for healthy school lunchboxes!NALO529C.jpg

I can attest to the fact that kids love this! It keeps them busy for a while, while you get on with a task! They’re also great to keep in your desk for those days where you need a yummy snack, spread your Yum Yum on an Apple, and you have a great tasting and nutritional snack!

Empty a sachet into your protein shake, for a better taste, and an energy boost before getting your workout in!

How To:
Put your bananas in a blender with the peanut butter and 30ml of your coconut milk and blitz until smooth.
Return to the fridge in a container, and in about two hours, you can scoop out a tasty treat for yourself!
Drizzle with honey or add chocolate chips for more decadence!
