Hope everyone has been keeping well! I haven’t updated in a while, been so busy, but I think with proper planning,I should be able to do a post or two every week going forward! I loooove pasta, I love how quick and easy it is to make and that you can pack flavor into it making it what you need. Let’s get to making this bowl of YUM!
500g pasta cooked till just done not completely
2 mutton sausages (I get mine from Shoprite)
2 chicken breasts (sliced or cubed)
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes or substitute for 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Handful chopped parsley
In a warm pan with a drop of oil, fry your sausages and remove and slice when they are well done.
Add your chicken to the oil and cook for about 7 minutes till it’s well done.
Add your sundried tomatoes, your garlic and sausages and leave on a low heat for about 5 minutes, then add your cream.. let it bubble away for 2 minutes and add your parsley. Adjust your seasoning with salt and pepper and then toss in your almost cooked pasta and let it finish off cooking in there.
Serve warm with parmesan cheese and wine.
