Feta Stuffed Meatballs and Pasta..

Comfort food is the best kind of food honestly, just a hug in your mouth that you need at the best and worst of times. These feta stuffed meatballs really turned out so much better than I thought, and have been a favorite to make from my instagram page
and love in a bowl can be found in these meatballs, with some hot pasta and the worlds simplest sauce.

You’ll Need :
500g beef mince
1 block of feta
fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp garlic
500g pasta
1 glass dry red wine
Olive oil

How To:
In a bowl, mix your mince and parsley, and season.
shape into balls and make a hollow shape to put in piece a of feta.IMG_0791
Warm a pan, and brown your meatballs.
While the meatballs brown, add your garlic and your tomatoes as well half your glass of wine, drink the rest.
Let the sauce bubble away for a few minutes so the alcohol can evaporate, and taste to adjust salt.
Serve with hot pasta, more parsley and crumbled feta on top.
