1 block of feta
fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes

Warm a pan, and brown your meatballs.
While the meatballs brown, add your garlic and your tomatoes as well half your glass of wine, drink the rest.
Let the sauce bubble away for a few minutes so the alcohol can evaporate, and taste to adjust salt.
Serve with hot pasta, more parsley and crumbled feta on top.

Enjoy my loves

  1. “Add half your glass of wine, drink the rest” hahahahahaaaaaa… love it! 😁😂

I’m loving your recipes, especially the fact that they’re simple enough to follow (even for those of us who aren’t quite as awesome in the kitchen as you are). 🙂
